For me, nothing is more exhilarating than the visceral sense of the earth’s awakening each spring. The thrill of that moment virtually (and sometimes literally) brings me to my knees.

Local, organic asparagus is a sure sign of spring, but we’ve got new items sprouting up throughout our stores. Try the granola made in-house in the PCC Bakery, grass-fed franks, and wines from two outstanding local wineries; Naches Heights Vineyards and Lost River Winery.
