Dover sole is an excellent source of low-fat protein, calcium and other important nutrients, not to mention superb flavor.

Our wild Dover sole is caught off the Oregon Coast. Wild sole and other Pacific flatfish are considered a “Good Alternative” to overfished populations in the Atlantic, according to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program, our partner in seafood sustainability since 2004.
