Our soups are made fresh in our kitchens by talented cooks, using only organic produce, beans, grains (including emmer farro from local producer Bluebird Grains Farms), and all-natural meats. We start with chicken or vegetable stock made from scratch and slowly simmer to build flavor. Explore our seasonal creations!

You won't find us reheating frozen soup in our delis. We make our soups from scratch, so expect a changing variety daily, from African Peanut to Yellow Split Pea.
- Chicken Noodle — With free-range and local Draper Valley Farms chicken, egg noodles, fresh vegetables and spices.
- Autumn Lentil — With celery, carrots, potatoes and lentils.
