Our fresh deli sandwiches
Introduce your taste buds to delicious new flavors in the PCC Deli. We’ve expanded our menu to include sandwiches inspired by ingredients and traditions from around the globe, from the satisfying Muffaletta to Parisian-like baguettes and so much in between.
Our meat, vegetarian and vegan options are prepared in our stores on fresh, artisan breads. As with our ever-popular soups, the sandwich selection changes daily, so there's always a new taste to experience.
A world of choices
We tuck our fresh ingredients into lofty breads and rolls to create sandwiches so satisfying they speak for themselves. Many can be freshly grilled at our deli counter (just ask). Here's some of what you'll find:
- Vibrant combinations — such as Tandoori Chicken with Coleslaw and a yogurt dressing wrapped in a bolo roll; provolone, salami, red-onion shavings and sliced hard boiled egg embraced by artisanal bread; or a fluffy and grand Muffaletta replete with deli meats, cheese and olives.
- Vegetarian options — including brie, pear and arugula layered between our satisfying organic Oatmeal Raisin bread (try it hot!), and goat cheese, onion relish and arugula on a soft baguette. Don't miss our Cajun-style Blackened Tempeh with spicy coleslaw, nestled inside a bolo roll.
- Vegan options — including our Vegan Italian Bacon Submarine, with Smart Bacon, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and our creamy tofu and caper spread, served on a soft baguette.
