Reheating guidelines
PCC dinners are prepared to be reheated — and are guaranteed to taste as fresh as they did when they were prepared in our delis. Because microwave and oven temperatures may vary, when reheating, start with the minimum time and check every few minutes for best results.

Turkey dinner
Diestel free-range turkey
Keep refrigerated until ready to heat. Simply remove from the bag, rub with softened butter, place in a roasting pan and heat in the oven at 325° F until the internal temperature reaches 165° F on a meat thermometer — approximately two hours for large turkeys and one to one-and-a-half hours for a smaller turkey. Turkey will brown naturally and cooking times may vary by oven.
Turkey gravy
Transfer to a covered dish and microwave for three to four minutes. Can also be reheated on the stove in a pan.
Organic mashed potatoes
Transfer to a covered dish and microwave for four to five minutes, stirring occasionally. Can also be reheated on the stove in a skillet.
Bread stuffing
Transfer to a pan and bake, uncovered, in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 350° F.
Roasted squash or steamed broccoli
Transfer to a covered dish and microwave for four to five minutes. Can also be reheated on the stove in a skillet.
Apple and pumpkin pies
Apple pie is best if reheated, uncovered, in a 325° F oven for 15 minutes. May also be served at room temperature. Pumpkin pie is best served chilled.
