Deli platters, custom cakes and cheese galore
Think PCC when you need help filling the table for your next soiree, holiday gathering or office party. We offer a wide range of options, from party platters to full-blown holiday meals. Pick up a platter of charcuterie and crudite, take-and-bake pizza, a fresh-baked pie or a box of our moist and rich cookies en route to dinner with friends, or, order a custom cake that can be baked to meet a variety of dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor.
Our cheese selection offers the best of both worlds: Old and new. Spread creamy French brie on a fresh, crusty PCC baguette or enjoy our local Seastack from Mt. Townsend Creamery. Cut into a farmstead cheese from England or from just up the Interstate in Bow. Learn more about our cheese selection. »
Delicious gift ideas
From rich, local chocolates and fancy marshmallows to gourmet pickles and gorgeous preserved lemons, gift ideas abound in our deli.
Our Northwest producers
We celebrate the Northwest in our deli and bakery. Our rotisserie chickens hail from Draper Valley Farms (Mount Vernon, Wash.). East Coast Dough (Seattle) makes our organic pizza dough, and we make our sandwiches and burgers on bread baked in Seattle by The Essential Baking Co. The organic, non-GMO tofu in your salad? That's from Island Spring Organics on Vashon Island. We sell pickled Hungarian goathorn peppers from Mama Lil's (Seattle), artisanal chocolate from Theo (Seattle) and the greens in that Emerald City Salad arrive fresh from Full Circle Farm (Carnation, Wash). What a delicious place to live!
