At PCC, our entire selection of fragrant coffee beans — including the beans used in our espresso bars — is organic, shade-grown, fairly traded and locally roasted.
This means our delicious coffee is grown without pesticides, beneath the canopy of trees that provide habitat for migratory birds and roasted within the Northwest for maximum freshness. Each piping hot espresso or bag of beans you take home helps provide a living wage to the farmers who grow our beans.
