Bulk Organic Organic Bulgur
Bulgur is cracked, parboiled and dried whole wheat.
Preparation: Cover 1 cup bulgar with 1 1/2 cups boiling water and soak 30-40 minutes, no cooking needed. Drain and fluff with a fork before serving.
Yield: about 3/4 cup per 1/4 cup uncooked bulgar.
