Bulk Organic Organic Garlic Quinoa

Ingredients: organic quinoa, organic garlic powder, organic sea salt

Caution: Processed in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk.

Preparation: Rinse, drain and cover 1 cup qunioa with 1 1/2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook covered 10-15 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes, and then fluff with a fork before serving.

Yield: about 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa.
