Most of our bulk pasta comes from Garden Time Organic, which sources its organic semolina flour from the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains in Montana's Teton County. We also carry udon and soba noodles in bulk, which are delicious in Asian-style hot soups and cold noodle salads.

Get cooking with pasta
The best thing about pasta? The boundless preparation possibilities. Cook our bulk pasta, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes in rapid boiling, salted water until al dente, meaning “to the tooth.” When you bite into a piece of pasta you should feel a slight resistance in the center — it should be firm and not soft. Drain immediately.
