Traditional favorites, with a twist.
- Vanilla Cake — Moist and delicious, with the pleasant scent and flavor of real vanilla. Frosted with our house-made vanilla or chocolate buttercream icing and a coat of white-chocolate shavings. Filled with frosting or raspberry jam. Also available in vegan vanilla and vanilla cake made with brown rice flour.
- Chocolate Cake — Rich, moist and decadent, frosted with chocolate, vanilla or espresso icings and filled with frosting or raspberry jam. Also available in vegan chocolate and chocolate cake made with brown rice flour.
- German Chocolate Cake — Light, airy chocolate cake, topped with whipped chocolate frosting and a rich and gooey mélange of coconut flakes and walnuts. Also available vegan.
- Carrot Cake — Moist and rich, full of freshly grated organic carrots, slathered with our luscious cream cheese frosting. Our vegan version is just as delicious, topped with our whipped vegan vanilla frosting.

- Coconut Custard Cake — Need a showstopper for your party? Our gorgeous Coconut Custard Cake features not one, not two, but three layers of creamy vanilla cake layered between rich custard, crowned with a flurry of coconut flakes.
- Red Velvet Cake — A vibrant vanilla cake with a hint of cocoa powder, each slice a brilliant red from all-natural food coloring. This decadent delight has PCC's cream cheese frosting sandwiched between all three layers.
- Chocolate Mousse Cake — This deep, dark vegan delight offers our rich chocolate mousse sandwiched between three layers of moist chocolate cake, covered in chocolate frosting. Stupendous.
- Vegan Chocolate Torte — Smooth and satisfying, packed with rich chocolate and set atop a perfect crust. A slice of vegan heaven.
