Muffins, scones and tea breads from the PCC Bakery are baked from scratch with organic wheat, brown rice or spelt flours and all-natural ingredients. We offer a diverse selection, from traditional favorites to tasty alternatives.

We offer traditional favorites as well as vegan options and treats baked with brown rice flour.
- Muffins — We offer a seasonal selection, including favorites such as Golden Blueberry and Golden Zucchini (both baked with brown rice flour), Morning Glory (a fruit juice-sweetened vegan muffin baked with spelt flour, pineapple, carrots and raisins), extra moist Country Blueberry and Oat Bran Carrot Raisin.
- Scones — Our selection varies daily. Flavors include blueberry, date walnut, cherry, peach, mango and more.
- Tea breads — A moist, enjoyable selection that changes with the seasons. Zucchini is a year-round treat. Our rich pound cake is a treat beneath fresh berries or paired with any of our luscious ice creams. Pumpkin is available in the autumn months.
