Meet our wine and beer producers

meet our characters

We hope you'll enjoy getting to know the dozens of winemakers and beer brewers you'll find at PCC just as much as we have.

Schooner EXACT Brewing Company

Try their local brews
Former West Seattle PCC employee Heather McClung realized her dream of great hops and malt with the founding of local microbrewery Schooner EXACT. Along with her husband Matt McClung, they craft beer that is pure Northwest in character with bright hops reminiscent of spruce and fir, and a rich, warm, agile maltiness.

Domaine Félines Jourdan

Try her Picpoul de Pinet
The most powerful melodies often are played softly — and real elegance has its roots in wild places. Shake hands with Claude Jourdan and you meet a natural grace, a quiet sophistication, a farmer’s integrity — and the sturdy, callused grip of the vigneronne. Her wines reflect that depth of character — and a place where the savage hills of the Languedoc meet sun and sea.

Azienda Agricola Inama

Try his Vin Soave
Wickedly smart, with the insouciant cool of the true geek, Stefano Inama makes some of Italy’s most expressively delicious wines.

Domaine La Madura

Try their "Classic" Blanc or St. Chinian Rouge
From vineyard to cellar to the elegantly delicious wine in the bottle, Domaine La Madura is a story of good people and good things: dirt, sunlight, hard work — and most of all, love.

Chinook Wines

Try everything they make!
The best things are beyond fashion. For 27 years, Kay Simon and Clay Mackey of Chinook Wines have been weaving a harmonious marriage of vineyard and winery with a love of sweet, juicy, Yakima Valley grapes.

Domaine Pouillon

Try Domaine Pouillon Deux
Alexis and Juliet at Domaine Pouillon make wines that are a snapshot of nature at work, wines for people to drink every day — and maybe even fall in love with.

Perazzeta

Try "Sara" Rosso Toscano
Erio Bocci has good reason to smile. He knows la dolce vita isn’t a fairy tale — and that wine is part of it. For the Bocci family, great wine is about love, passion and respect — for the vineyard, for living well, and for each other.

Powers Winery

Try Power “PCC Farmland Trust” Cabernet Sauvignon
or Chardonnay

What do you call a man whose handshake is as good as gold, a man who would rather make something than buy it, who planted the state’s first organic vineyard just because it was the healthy, sensible thing to do, who is a gentleman, a farmer, and the self-described luckiest guy on earth? Call him Bill Powers.

Syncline Wine Cellars

Try Syncline Subduction Red
With delicious as a starting point, James and Poppie Mantone's wines shave shown an amazing evolution in structure, style and elegance with each successive vintage as they gain experience and a growing intimacy with each of the varietals and vineyards on their palette.
