Classroom locations

PCC Cooks classes are held in fully equipped teaching kitchens at our Greenlake, Issaquah, Redmond and West Seattle PCC stores, at our co-op office and the Bastyr University Nutrition Science Kitchen. Our kitchens have been designed to showcase our instructors' techniques, with ample counter space and viewing mirrors or video monitors to make following along as easy as possible.

From I-5 northbound:
Take N.E. 145th St. exit (# 175) and turn right onto N.E. 145th St. Follow to Hwy 522/Bothell Way. Turn left on Hwy 522/Bothell Way to 68th Ave. N.E. in Kenmore. Turn right on 68th Ave N.E., which becomes Juanita Drive N.E. Follow south to sign on the right indicating Bastyr University. Turn right and continue straight until you reach Bastyr University.

Getting to the Bastyr classroom:
Follow the drive into Bastyr University until it forks; continue straight ahead until you reach a large parking lot and the main building. Go around the lot, up the hill past the water tower, and past the first loading dock. The lot dead-ends at a second loading dock. Park in any space not reserved for dormitories (or you may park in the large front lot and walk around). Enter the door on the loading dock. Turn left in the hallway; the kitchen is in Room 8 on the left.

Full Circle Farm
Carnation, Wash.
Full Circle Farm is located just outside Carnation, Washington. The farm can be reached from Interstate 90 by taking exit 22 and following Preston-Fall City Road (State Route 203) to Fall City.

At the stop sign, take a right and cross a bridge over the Snoqualmie River. Staying on Route 203, take an immediate left after the bridge. Follow this for approximately 3.7 miles. Turn left onto N.E. 8th Street, following it 0.3 miles to the farm.
