Robin Poppsinger, PCC Cooks Instructor
Robin Poppsinger is a lifelong baker who was not willing to give up when her sister and husband became gluten-intolerant. She has since reworked countless recipes to be gluten-free and come up with many new favorites as well. Her favorite thing to hear is "I didn't even know this was gluten-free!
