Sonya Joseph is from Arizona where her father taught her the cooking of his native India. She became interested in all kinds of cuisine at an early age. She now works as a freelance photographer, actor and screenwriter. She and her family all have varying degrees of gluten intolerance. She believes that what seem to be limitations turn into her greatest sources of inspiration.
