Olaiya Land, PCC Cooks Instructor
Olaiya Land is a Seattle-based culinarian, teacher and vegetable-whisperer. She spent five years in Brussels and Paris studying, teaching and stalking the world's best chocolate, wine, waffles and beer. In Seattle, she has cooked at the Boat Street Kitchen, La Medusa and was one of the founders of The Pantry at Delancey. When she's not experimenting in the kitchen, Olaiya can be found sneaking as much tennis as possible into her week, making various crafty things, or planning her next adventure.
