Dawnula Koukol, PCC Cooks Instructor
Dawnula Koukol realized her connection and passion for food at a very early age, while growing up on a ranch in rural Montana. She enjoyed working with her mother in the garden as well as baking cinnamon rolls in the fall. Starting her culinary career at age 12 in a small café, Dawnula gained experience in French, Cajun, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian and world vegetarian cuisines. Formerly the catering chef at Café Flora in Seattle, she now teaches cooking around the Puget Sound, and tries to relieve her wanderlust by experiencing different cultures through their cuisines, whether in a book or by traveling.
