Kate Pierce, PCC Cooks Instructor

Kate Pierce is a transplant from California wine country, and studied winemaking at the Northwest Wine Academy at South Seattle Community College. She spent some time assisting winemakers in Woodinville before becoming the wine buyer at the PCC West Seattle store. Kate loves nothing more than sharing her appreciation of good food and great wine.
