Travis Bettinson, PCC Cooks Instructor
Travis Bettinson has worked on a family farm in New Hampshire and restaurants in Newport, R.I., and Boston. Last summer, he cycled across the country with a program called Bike & Build. If he’s not working at his personal chef business, he’s probably out for a run or having a glass of wine. These work and life experiences coupled with a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University reinforced Travis’ belief that local, whole food are the base of delicious and healthy diets.
