Jackie Freeman, PCC Cooks Instructor
Jackie Freeman has been cooking professionally in restaurants, catering companies and private kitchens for more than 12 years. During the last several, she has transitioned from the kitchen to the farm. She has been raising livestock and vegetables, and making artisan cheese on farms in Washington state. Jackie enjoys teaching and sharing her culinary and farming knowledge with others.
