Victoria Castillo, PCC Cooks Instructor
Victoria Castillo’s love for all things culinary led to graduating from the California Culinary Academy, cooking in Tuscany, baking for Macrina Bakery, marketing for Theo Chocolate, teaching cooking classes and starting her own gluten-free baking company. She has been cooking professionally in restaurants, bakeries, catering companies and private kitchens for over a decade. Currently she is the pastry chef at Terra Plata and the chef and founder of Gluten Free Belly Baking Company. She enjoys creating gluten-free and dairy-free goodies for her family members with food allergies, and sharing her passion for seasonal and whole foods cookery.
