Julie Johnson, PCC Cooks Instructor

Julie Johnson’s passion for travel, wine and beautiful food began as an exchange student at the University of Savoie, France. After a career as a university study abroad coordinator, Julie moved to New Zealand with her husband, Brendan, where she attended the New Zealand School of Food and Wine and became an instructor in the school’s hospitality program. She has a master’s degree from Ohio University and has earned a certificate from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She works at the PCC business office as assistant wine and beer merchandiser.
