Devra Gartenstein, PCC Cooks Instructor

Devra Gartenstein is the owner of The Patty Pan Grill, Seattle’s oldest farmers market concession. She is also the author of two cookbooks, “The Accidental Vegan” and “Local Bounty: Seasonal Vegan Recipes,” and she has also written a food history chronicle, "Cavemen, Monks and Slow Food: A History of Eating Well."
