Olaiya Land, PCC Cooks Instructor

Olaiya Land's love of food grew out of the many years she spent studying, cooking and eating in Paris and Brussels. She is the chef and owner of Olaiya Land Catering, which emphasizes fresh, seasonal, local and organic ingredients. When she's not in the kitchen, Olaiya can be found gardening, knitting or hosting fundraising dinners for Women for Women international.
