Robert Petersen, PCC Cooks Instructor
Robert Petersen grew up surrounded by vineyards in California’s Livermore Valley and later worked at a winery in Sonoma County back when top Napa Cabernet was $7.99. He has worked for PCC since 1980 and is currently the wine buyer at the Fremont store.
