Catherine Donaldson, PCC Cooks Instructor
Catherine Donaldson is an Australian who immigrated to the United States in 1981. She hails from a line of good home cooks and small business caterers, and honed her baking and pastry skills professionally at the Art Institute of Seattle. The holidays make her very homesick, and every Christmas she cajoles a few more of her American friends to try real plum duff or a mince pie. When she’s not doing holiday baking in November, Cathy usually works as a librarian.
