Jason Brzozowy, PCC Cooks Instructor
Jason Brzozwy's interest in food began at a young age from watching Jacques Pepin, Julia Child, and "Great Chefs, Great Cities" on PBS. Originally from Milwaukee, he attended the University of Wisconsin before moving to Chicago to pursue a career as a chef. After graduating from culinary school, he worked in several Chicago restaurants before moving to Seattle in 2007. Since 2008, he has worked at Maria Hines’ restaurants, including Tilth and Agrodolce.
