Gluten-free Around the World in Five Days Kids' Cooking Camp
For ages 8 to 15, without adult accompaniment. Future chefs explore a world of possibilities and learn about the cuisines of many lands in five hands-on classes, with no gluten-containing products. Kids learn cooking techniques, kitchen safety and delicious recipes using interesting and healthy ingredients. With entrees, side dishes and desserts, they'll be able to prepare a complete meal from different parts of the globe: Each day features a different cuisine to explore. Among the delicious dishes we'll enjoy preparing (and eating!) are Gluten-free Pasta with Homemade Sauce from Italy, Miang Kam Lettuce Wraps from Thailand, irresistible Brazilian Cheese Puffs, Mango Lassi drink from India and fresh Peach-Berry Cobbler from the American South. Vegetarian, with meat options, dairy and eggs; no gluten.
