Join author Cynthia Lair (host of Cookus Interruptus) as she outlines eating strategies for budding athletes. You’ll feel the power as you sample a Homemade Sports Drink; Peanut Butter Cranberry Zoom Zoom Bars; and Good Morning Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice. You’ll also receive a bonus recipe of Chickpea, Carrot and Broccoli Curry. Vegetarian, with dairy and eggs. Price includes one child and one adult.
