Homemade Chinese Noodles

For ages 10 to 12, without adult accompaniment. In this class everyone will join in preparing noodle dough and making two different types of noodles: “Fire Cracker” Noodles and “Pinched” Noodles. We will learn the basic technique of cutting vegetables to be used in the recipes, stir frying, marinating and preparing a sauce. Then we will enjoy Vegetable Soup with “Fire Cracker” Noodles and stir-fried Beef and Bok Choy with “Pinched” Noodles. Meat and vegetarian options; no dairy or eggs.
Members: $35, Non-members: $40
