Celebrate the sweetest of seasons with luscious wines paired with Crabmeat and Andouille Gumbo; Crispy Peanut-fried Oysters with Green Tomato Remoulade and Spoon Bread; Roast Duckling and Duck Confit Dumplings; Ham Hock-braised Spring Greens with Rosemary-stewed Tomatoes with Brown Butter Gratin; and Grand Marnier and Praline Crème Brulée with Strawberries.
