Join Tilth’s Chef de Cuisine since 2010 as he brings the season’s best to the table with a focus on local, organic producers. The menu includes Melon Salad with Roasted Peppers, Chèvre and Mint; Penn Cove Mussels with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Cilantro; Seared Sockeye Salmon with Sweet Corn Broth and Summer Peppers; and Caramelized Figs with Whipped Yogurt, Pistachios and Clover Honey. With seafood and dairy; no eggs.
