Join us as we present a celebration of romance and amazing flavors from astonishing places: We’ll begin with Gratin of Raclette and Gruyère with Pear and Pancetta-braised Chard and Dried Cherry Vinaigrette; dance to Medallions of Black Cod Beurre Blanc, Tango with Tangerine Marmalade and Red Wine-braised Lamb Shanks with Pomegranate and Longpepper Molasses; and end ever-so-sweetly with Dark Chocolate Terrine with Salted Caramel and Espresso Sauce.
