Meet Michael Natkin, founder of the popular blog Herbivoracious, the site that celebrates vegetarian food in all its diversity and splendor. Michael will prepare a Latin-inspired meal with samples of selected beer that you’ll enjoy with the dishes of Jicama, Radish and Orange Salad; Pozole Rojo de Frijol (red pozole with beans); Grilled Tofu and Pepper Tacos seasoned with tamarind and chili powder; and Arroz Verde (rice with fresh herbs and garlic). Vegetarian; no dairy, eggs or gluten.
