Jason, executive chef at one of the most popular Seattle restaurants, is back this winter to share some delightful dishes inspired by the offerings at Tilth. He has devised a menu that you can make at home for your guests with excellent results. You’ll taste wine samples chosen to complement the menu of Spiced Almonds with Cider and Blue Cheese; Goat Cheese Tart with Caramelized Onions and Nicoise Olives in Puff Pastry; Seared Flat Iron Steak with Braised Greens; and Blood Orange Parfait with Pistachios and Tarragon. With meat, dairy and eggs.
