Vegan Weekday Meals
Devra has tons of easy recipes that are quick to prepare, taste great, and are vegan to boot! Join her in a fun, hands-on class and expand your weeknight meal repertoire to include making homemade seitan for Orange-Ginger Seitan Skewers; Sesame Crunch Cabbage Salad; Wasabi-Teryiaki Baked Tofu; Red Beans and Collard Greens with Coconut Milk; and Crispy Millet Cakes with Tahini and Celery Seeds. Vegetarian; no dairy or eggs. Class size limited to 15.
