Yeasted Whole-wheat Breads

Join this popular class on how to make the best whole-grain breads from start to finish. Ronit covers all the basics, including the shaping of different loaf types and how to create rolls, braided bread, pita bread or cinnamon rolls. Each student will make a mini-loaf of Raisin Bread and receive a recipe for Oatmeal Bread. You’ll follow the process of mixing, kneading, shaping, rising and baking; the science behind bread making is revealed through these steps, so you can explore variations of basic recipes at home. Vegetarian, with dairy and eggs. Class size limited to 15.
