Whether you’re about to become a college student or just settling in to the first kitchen of your own, you deserve to eat well! This class will give you the knowledge and inspiration you need to feed yourself and forget about the dining hall. We’ll cover some basic knife skills and culinary techniques as we roast whole chickens and various vegetables, then talk about take-home recipes that will have you living well on the leftovers for days afterward. And you’ll never look at a hotplate the same way again once you’ve discovered how simple it is to make risotto and chocolate pudding from scratch. With poultry, dairy and eggs.
