Greek Family Fare  

Lesley’s Greek grandmother passed down the secrets to making delicious and memorable food for her family, and you can carry on that tradition too, with her classic recipes. Lesley will prepare Lentil Garlic Soup; Greek-style Bitter Greens with lemon; and Pastitsio (a popular baked pasta layered with fragrant meat sauce and bechamel sauce. Then you will have the opportunity to work with delicate phyllo dough while preparing Baklava with cinnamon, nuts and simple syrup. With meat, dairy and eggs.
