Boot Camp, Italian-style
Come and join this culinary survival class to learn how to fix some quick, healthy and undoubtedly delicious dishes that easily can be turned into one-dish meals. Paola, your kind and gentle drill sergeant, will start you off making a Salad with a Grilled Goat Cheese Bruschetta, followed by Ten-minute Leek and Potato Soup. We’ll then focus on pasta and learn all the secrets to cooking a perfectly al dente Farfalle con il Salmone (bowtie pasta with fresh salmon) and a zesty Pasta con i Broccoli (pasta with broccoli). With seafood and dairy; no eggs. Class size limited to 14.
