The popular Russian snack of Piroshky consists of individual-size baked buns with a variety of savory or sweet fillings. Learn the technique of making these hand-held treats encased in yeast dough and baked to a golden brown. You’ll help make larger Mushroom Pies to share; individual Cabbage and Carrot Piroshky; and sweet Apple-filled Piroshky. With an Herbed Mixed Side Salad, you’ll have a delicious experience, Russian-style! Vegetarian, with dairy and eggs. Class size limited to 14
