Italian Meat Dishes
Add to your repertoire of great meals with recipes from Iole’s many years of cooking professionally and for her family. You’ll have four great entrée recipes to show off after taking this class: Carne alla Pizzaiolo (thin beef steaks cooked in tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella); Pollo alla Parmigiano (breaded chicken breast topped with tomatoes and Parmesan); a rustic dish of Italian Salsicce con Maize (Sausage with Caramelized Corn); and the classic Spaghetti con Polpette (Spaghetti with Meatballs). With meat, poultry, dairy and eggs.
