Vegan Holiday Dinner

Denise is the master of whipping up delicious vegan meals that the whole family will love. This menu is great for a family celebration meal, or any Sunday dinner. Denise will demonstrate Creamy Mushroom Fillo Triangles for appetizers, and an entrée of Grilled Eggplant Involtini (sliced eggplant rolled and stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, olives and herbs) baked with Herbed Red Wine Tomato Sauce. She will also make Kalamata Olive Rolls and shares a bonus recipe of Romaine and Pear Salad with Sherry Walnut Vinaigrette. For dessert, you’ll sample a decadent Dark Chocolate Orange Crème Brulée. Vegetarian; no dairy or eggs.
