The Main Course Level I Hands-on
Put into practice what you learned in Level I and have fun using six to eight cooking methods, experimenting with flavor combinations and improvising as you go. Bring an apron and your sense of adventure as Omid guides you all day in producing delicious vegan dishes. Prerequisite: completion of Level I demonstration course. Vegetarian; no dairy or eggs. Class size limited to 10.
