Paired with Lynne’s customary brilliance, you can count on this to be a truly sparkling affair. Harmonizing with our selection of bubbles, you’ll savor a Salad of Braised Winter Greens with Goose Confit; Poached Plums and Delice de Bourgogne; Dungeness Crab and Sparkling Wine Bisque with Wild Mushroom, Thyme and Brown Butter Crostini; Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Pancetta and Yukon Gold Soufflé…and a sweet coup de grace of Tiramisu! With meat, poultry, seafood, dairy and eggs.
