Una Cena Piemontese
Wine glass denotes wine sampling in class

Jeff Cox, Julie Johnson, Brendan Johnson, Olaiya Land, Robert Petersen, Lynne Vea

Among the amazing diversity of distinctive cuisines that fall under the heading of Italian food and wine, the flavors of Piedmont are some of the most fascinating. Lynne has created a special Piemontese menu to complement some of the singular flavors of the region’s wine: Crabmeat Stuffed Prawns in Walnut Sauce; White Truffle Oil and Taleggio Risotto with Poached Tomatoes and Fried Sage; Breast of Duck with Orange, Pomegranate and Chestnuts — and Zabaglione with Cognac Poached Fruits. Buon appetito! With poultry, seafood, dairy and eggs.
