Join us in celebrating the “other Cascadia.” With a selection of wines chosen from some of our favorite family producers, Lynne’s menu is an homage to the bounty of our amazing neighbor just across the river: Fig, Caramelized Fennel and Gorgonzola Tart; Heirloom Tomato Bisque with Seared Tuna, Saffron and Crème Fraîche; Red Wine and Apple Cider-braised Pork with Sweet Corn, Pasilla and Goat Cheese Popovers … and a kiss of late summer sweetness: Blackberry Praline Crisp. With meat, seafood, dairy and eggs.
