Peak of the Season Tasting Menu
Lynne combines her culinary passion with her scientific and artistic interests in designing this fabulous class. Starting with a small collection of enticing pantry items and a few herbs, she will create six quick tasting plates, each starring three perfect late summer ingredients. Some of these are: Heirloom Tomatoes, Bacon, Pears, Wild Salmon, Figs, Sweet Corn, Wild Prawns, Butternut Squash and Pomegranate Molasses. Learn from Lynne as she sears, grills, poaches and sautÚs, using both traditional and contemporary cooking techniques for flavor enhancement to celebrate the exquisite bounty of Mother Nature. With meat, seafood and dairy; no eggs.
