For ages 10 to 12, with adult accompaniment. Kids and adults alike will have fun learning to make Fresh Egg Pasta from scratch, mixing, shaping and cooking along with three easy sauces: Parmesan and Butter Sauce; Brown Butter and Sage Sauce; and Leek and Mushroom Sauce. You’ll also get to try your hand at making filled ravioli and tortellini and see how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta at home. Vegetarian, with dairy and eggs. Class price includes one child and one adult.
