Kids' Pasta Fresca Workshop

For ages 9 to 12, with one adult guest. Small teams will work together in this fun, engaging class to make two different kinds of pasta Tagliatelle al Prosciutto e Piselli (ribbon noodles with ham, peas and cream sauce) and Ravioli al Formaggio (cheese-filled ravioli with tomato and basil sauce). Dessert will be warming Cioccolata con Panna (Italian hot chocolate with hand-whipped cream). With meat, dairy and eggs. Class price includes one child and one adult guest.
